Our qualified R&D engineers launch a new project from initial concept to final delivery following a 6-step design process that consists of:
- Concept: technical discussion to confirm specification document
- Structural design
- Hardware
- Software
- Prototype and Validation ( 5 weeks)
- Mass production after sample validation
With a solid experience gained in the HF sensor industry, LITWHEAT performs product design through Solidworks /PROE to print 3D prototype for sample validation. Each project undergoes rigorous DFMEA and PFMEA analysis to ensure functionality,reliability and compliance with demanding national certifications before delivery. After customer’s confirmation, we proceed to open a new mould. We pride ourselves in providing professional technical advice to suit for our customer’s luminaires in commercial & industrial applications, technical & professional applications, emergency lighting and public lighting.
