In the design process, each sensor undergoes rigorous testing for accuracy and performance. Sensors are carefully calibrated to detect motion reliably in a variety of environments and are tested under extreme temperature and humidity conditions to ensure long-term durability. During production, every sensor undergoes functional testing in operational settings to verify key parameters, including daylight threshold, sensitivity, and hold time. This process ensures that each sensor performs optimally once installed.

Additionally, we have established a specific aging area where our microwave motion sensors are continuously illuminated to monitor their longevity and endurance.
