The Microwave Absence Sensor is a sophisticated technology designed for efficient operation in conjunction with Germicidal UVC lamps in in Elevators, Education, Entertainment, Healthcare, Office, Restaurant, Supermarket etc.
This microwave absence detector boasts a crucial function: it ensures the optimal performance of UVC lamps by activating them exclusively in the absence of people. Upon activation of the On/Off presence sensor for UV lamps, the UVC lamps are guaranteed to operate only when the room is vacant. This intelligent application minimizes the risk of inadvertent exposure to UVC radiation for users, aligning with safety protocols and health standards. The Microwave Absence Sensor’s precision in detecting human presence ensures that the sanitization process occurs seamlessly and efficiently, contributing to a safer and healthier environment.
I. For safety reasons, the sensor is preset to switch-on after 20 seconds, compared to the time set manually using the switch.
II. In case of power cut or power failure, the status after re-powered on will be “OFF” for safety concerns.
III. Usage: For maximum UV-light life-span consideration, we recommend to manually switch OFF the UV lights when sterilization is not needed.
N.B. We recommend to select suitable time to carry out sterilization. During the sterilization period, our sensors ensures human safety and switches OFF the UV lights when occupancy detected.
