At LITWHEAT, our factory is committed to delivering high-quality microwave motion sensors and high-efficiency BLDC motor driver boards with an industry-leading defective rate of 2‰ after two years of fielf usage and a 5-year warranty. In the design process, each component undergoes rigorous testing for accuracy ,performance, and long-term durability under extreme temperature and humidity conditions. Sensors are carefully calibrated to detect motion reliably in a variety of environments and are tested under extreme temperature and humidity conditions to ensure long-term durability, while our HVAC BLDC driver boards are validated against high-voltage isolation, harsh surge conditions, and smooth Sensorless FOC algorithm execution.

During mass production, 100% of our products undergoes functional testing in operational settings to verify key parameters, which process ensures optimal performance once installed. Our sensors are verified for precise daylight thresholds, detection sensitivity, and hold times, while our BLDC motor driver boards are audited via automated in-circuit diagnostics to verify key engineering parameters, including phase current stability, soft-start transitions, and blocked rotor protection. 

To ensure long-term endurance and eliminate early-stage component fatigue, we have established a specific aging area within our facility. Here, our microwave motion sensors are continuously cycled to monitor long-term signal stability, and our BLDC driver boards undergo continuous operation under full electrical load to monitor thermal dissipation and durability.

With a commitment to continuous quality improvement, our factory consistently produces microwave motion sensor and ECM motor fan speed controller that exceed industry standards and deliver reliable performance.
